The HDF-8M features “S-Bar design and strong 1-5/8” (16 ga.) galvanized steel tubing for long life. The strong 4 gauge mesh panel is used instead of a solid panel to hold hay in feeder. The additional air that circulates through the mesh helps reduce moisture buildup, thereby reducing spoilage.

The HDF-8ML has 16 ga. 1-5/8” galvanized tubing and “S-Bar “ design. The strong 4 gauge mesh panel is used instead of a solid panel to hold hay in feeder. The Super Duty Bale Feeder is easy to assemble using pre-rolled tubing and pre-punched holes. Features 15 eating spaces. Finished with our premium powder coat paint.
OTB-8
The Open Top Bale Feeder (OTB-8) uses all 16 ga. 1-5/8” round steel tubing for extra strength and long life. It is specifically designed to feed horses. The vertical partitions are made from smooth round tubing to enhance animal safety. Finished with our premium powder coat paint.
Heavy Duty Hay Feeder Panels
These panels are designed for feeding hay in-line or from a stack. They can be connected together or used alone. They are designed to withstand abuse from the toughest animals. The new "S-bar" design saves hay and prevents calves from entering the feeding area. The panels are made from 14 ga., 2" dia. steel tubing and stand 66" high. All panels are painted with Behlen Country's Premium Powder Coat Finish. In addition to feeding hay from a stack, the feeder panels can be used to feed cattle in a fence line application as shown in the above right picture.
